About Counselling

Taking the first step towards therapy and finding a counsellor can feel rather daunting. If you feel depressed, lonely, unhappy, anxious or perhaps are going through relationship issues, talking to a person who doesn’t know you can be a freeing. Sitting down with someone who can create a safe space to explore your emotions and thoughts without judgement and aid you on your journey can be a truly valuable experience.

About me

Hi, my name is Barbora and I'm the founder of Shift Counselling.

I offer counselling in English, Slovak and Czech language.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, adhering to their ethical framework for best practice.
